LED Matrix Displays

A LED matrix display, also known as a LED panel or LED display display, is a great way of displaying large amounts of information visible from across the room!

They're easy to drive - thousands of LEDs can be controlled with only a minimum number of microcontroller pins, or you can use one of our driver boards to make your job even easier.

We stock a range of sizes to suit your project - and they can all be daisy chained to create even longer (or taller!) displays.

Of course, we supply complete (English!) datasheets and source code to drive them as well as part of the PicPack library.

You can't go wrong with this 80x08 tri-colour board as a great way of displaying text.

If you need a larger LED matrix display, the 64x16 is a great place to start.  Enough space for extra large characters or graphics, it gives you a great canvas for your next project to communicate to the outside world!

There's big - and then there's BIG.  64 pixels wide and 32 pixels tall, this is the biggest panel we stock.  And of course, you can connect several together to create a mega 64x64 display for a perfectly square canvas! Imagine what you could do with a couple of these babies.
